Its network of stores span over 85 locations throughout the UK. The company has won many awards over the years, the most recent including ‘Best Large Agency to Work For’ and has been named ‘Best Travel Agency in Scotland’ for 21 years running.

How We Helped
Pre-pandemic, Certum had worked with Barrhead Travel for several years, providing resources to commission new branches of their growing network of stores across the UK. As the pandemic evolved, Barrhead Travel asked us to provide day to day IT support to augment their existing IT team. Certum recommended their fully managed IT Support Service. This would provide access to their own pod of engineers on our helpdesk, a team of field engineers for onsite requests at all 85 branches throughout the UK, access to service and infrastructure dashboards and reports, and monitoring and alerting on key infrastructure and cloud services.
