David is one of the founding members of Certum. Due to having initially started in the technical side of the business, he has a strong background in technology and service delivery which allows him to have an insight into the ICT challenges faced by our clients. In 2009 he transitioned into his current role of providing strategic consulting on technical solutions that align our clients’ technology with their future business goals.

Francis has been working within the IT sector for 20 years – the entirety of this time working for Managed Service Providers. Francis has worked his way from junior engineer 20 years ago to technical director gaining numerous industry certifications and accreditations along the way. For his operational role in Certum he is focused on delivering managed ICT services that are both technically excellent and ensure a first class customer experience.

With over 25 years’ sales experience, Colleen sees herself as a ‘growth specialist’ responsible for revenue growth through business development and increasing sales activities. As Sales Director in her previous role she grew a small IT Resellers annual turnover from 1 million pounds to 7 million within a 5 year period. Specialising in IT Services, Hardware, Cloud Backup and DR Solutions, she continues to apply the same set of principles today with the same focus on taking Certum’s new and exciting product lines to our ever-growing customer base.

Stephen joined Certum in 2017 as head of technical. Prior to joining Certum, Stephen was the Senior Infrastructure Analyst for BAM Construct which has 15,000 staff, 2000 of which are based in the UK across 12 office locations and up to 120 active construction sites, all served from 2 UK datacentres. From BAM Stephen was head hunted and moved to HP where he was the lead Hyper V Architect for the largest infrastructure refresh ever undertaken in Europe with a budget of £1 Billion for a large UK public sector customer. Stephen is now responsible for the technical side of the business and is tasked with developing and guiding the implementation of the company’s technical strategy.
Gemma joined in 2016 with 15 years experience as an ICT service co-ordinator. During this time Gemma led a team of over 30 field engineers. During both the 2014 Ryder Cup and the 2014 Commonwealth Games, Gemma was responsible for managing all IT engineers for these events and ensured both events went without any IT issues. Gemma is now responsible for managing the day to day running of Certum’s core services.
As Finance Manager, Janice is responsible for ensuring Certum’s financial position is accurate and healthy. With more than 30 years’ experience Janice has the knowledge and experience to help develop our commercial and financial strategies to ensure we meet our business goals.
